DWQ - SWQ app rebuild planning

Benefit

The Esri Javascript API upon which the custom Utah Beneficial Uses and Water Quality Assessment app was built is set to be retired on July 1, requiring a full rewrite of the app. We are proposing an AGOL Experience Builder app as a replacement, with the requirement for the app and associated data to be stored and managed in the DEQ AGOL org. This will allow us to deprecate the custom app, and no longer support it or the spatial data service.

Acceptance Criteria

• POC Experience Builder app for DWQ to review
• Come up with a plan for rebuilding or replacing the custom up in Q3 or Q4
• Project estimate
• SBA agreement
