The loader was merged into main.

@nathankota remind me the plan for using the SF loader. Whose responsibility is it to use the loader with WFRC? Will you update the assignments to reflect that please? I don't think scott has anything to do with this item and then I'm not sure if Jake or I am doing the last part or if it can be closed as complete now.

I don't recall who that was targeted to, but I can definitely start using it in WMRC and see how it works.
