Could you release a ARM version?

I'm not an Android developer.
I tried to modify Dockerfile to build up a ARM emulator, but I failed.
Could you help me to release an ARM version?

why do you need an arm version?
do you need it for running docker on a window host ?

I want the emulator to run the app. Most apps in China are only compatible with arm

oh can you tell me how to make it work with -no-accel? i cant run with x86 as it uses hardware accelration
