What's wrong with the BSD license?

There is nothing wrong with BSD, the only issue is hesitancy among community on using source code with BSD-Style licenses, specially among newbies without even reading the clauses, hence you will see most of the highly used packages in Flutter/Dart with MIT or Apache licenses, except the one's from big companies like Google who prefer BSD, probably for the third clause.
