Create a Payment Notification View with enhanced financial metrics

There is currently no way to properly view the details of a payment notification, whether it be $DESO, Creator Coins, or DAO Tokens. Neither Diamond App, DeSocialWorld, or BitClout provide the timestamp, and static financial values, which will help determine what was the payment amount when it was made, versus what it is currently.

• In the Toolbar section of the Portal, create an icon that represents payment notifications
• When relevant, display the number of unread notifications on the icon
• When clicking on the icon, navigate the user to the Payment notifications section
• The Payment notifications will be a List View that will display the following information:
  • Date: The date/time you received the payment
  • From: The DeSo account that made the payment
  • Payment Type: $DESO/Creator Coin/DAO Token
  • Amount: The amount of the "Payment Type" sent
  • Initial Value (USD): The USD value of the payment at the time of it being made
  • Current Value (USD): The current USD value of the payment made
  • Gain/Loss (USD): The % and USD value of the "Current Value" when compared to the "Initial Value"
• The List View will provide filtering, sorting and infinite scrolling features
