A way to show the last connected wallet details without an active connection (e.g. after page reload)

We can extend an AccountBase with an account that would provide the last remembered address and use it in sdk unless a proper connection to the wallet is established. Then temporary account should be replaced with RpcAccount which works over aepp-wallet connection.
