Remote Proxy Gen to support returning Reakt invokeable promise

        employeeService.lookupEmployee("123")
               .then((employee)-> {...}).catchError(...).invoke();

It should support reactor too.

        employeeService.lookupEmployee("123")
               .reactor(mgmt.reactor())
               .then((employee)-> {...}).catchError(...).invoke();
