JaJAP versus JJAPS taken from the issue number (IOP)

JJAPS bibcodes are being mislabeled as JaJAP. Both bibstems use the same ISSNs (p:0021-4922/e:1347-4065) but JJAPS papers will have a letter "S" in the issue number. The bibcode generator should have an IOP-specific option to check the issue and see whether the metadata is for the Supplement.
