Description: Bi-weekly meeting to discuss AdoptOpenJDK Quality Assurance (AQA) topics.

Proposed Agenda:

Latest activities:

  • release week updates
  • addition of Dragonwell
  • quarkus_openshift test added to external group (will remain disabled until clusters available)
  • enabling testing on arm32
  • updates to JLM systemtests (to re-enable)

WIP:

  • Grinder of Grinders
  • perf testing of JRE/adopt_bundle
  • automatically exclude (and eventually include) test targets
  • updates to latest stable releases of apps in external group

Ideas:

  • automate the update to latest stable releases of apps in external group
  • update bug template to be what trss is producing out of the "open new issue" link
  • generate a suggested Grinder of Grinders run automatically out of a completed pipeline run (in TRSS)

Minutes for Sept 16, 2020 AQAvit Meeting

Latest activities:

WIP: all of these items are teasers to be presented in depth in upcoming AQAvit meetings

Ideas: plan to leave time at end of meetings to talk about possible ideas that can help take the most onerous/costly tasks or processes and improve/simplify/automate them

  • automate the update to latest stable releases of apps in external group
  • update bug template to be what trss is producing out of the "open new issue" link
  • generate a suggested Grinder of Grinders run automatically out of a completed pipeline run (in TRSS)
