adokter/vol2bird#115 allows reading of raw iris files, add this functionality to bioRad:

release new docker container with vol2bird updates for IRIS
update documentation
allow calls of calculate_vp that merge separate files with single scans into a polar volume. In particular for Canadian data, vertical profiles need to be generated from the three DOPVOL1_A, DOPVOL1_B and DOPVOL1_C scans, which are stored in separate files, see read files containing single scans #264

Released new vol2bird version 0.4.1: https://github.com/adokter/vol2bird/releases/tag/0.4.1

Version identical to 0.4.0, but accompanies a docker image supporting IRIS that is used by vol2bird, see https://hub.docker.com/r/adokter/vol2bird/tags
