Remove 'field-help' icon if there isn't any 'help' text

Affected Area

The 'field-help' icon ( i ), currently displays alongside all properties. Most properties don't supply additional information, as they're self explanatory. I find in instances where additional information is provided, this is often missed as they're used when not needed.

Requested Feature

Only display 'field-help' icons for properties where 'help' text is provided in the schema. Making it obvious where additional information is provided.

Use Case

^ icon not required as no information is provided.

^ icon is required as information is provided.

Additional Information

In addition to this, we might need to review schema help text to remove redundant instances and provide information where needed.

^ help text doesn't add value.
