It would be useful for sharing with clients if you could access course previews without logging in.

This could be an option on installation that can be enabled or disabled.

We have looked into this in the past and do have something working but its technically quite hard party because of security and partly due to tenants if your not logged in the AT does not know what DB to look in when you request a course.

Agree that this would be very useful.

Could potentially look into creating a unique hashed 'sharing' link (would also be easier to type), and have it expire once accessed like we do with password resets (or something similar)

That's the approach we went with it did still cause some difficulties in dealing with tenants.

Hi again,

Demand within our production team for this has increased. We run on a single tenancy (at the moment) so would that make it easier to get past the DB lookup?

If you guys would be willing to put some work into it I'm sure we could help but this is not something we have on the roadmap at the moment.

For security, it may be worth having a single password that allows access, something in the vein of Adobe XD's public publish with a password.

I think it would be useful for internal testing as well as an easy solution for showing clients WIPs.

How about combining my idea and a specific login to achieve this? #2142

Closing due to inactivity, but this will be possible post-rewrite.
