Subject of the issue/enhancement/features
Currently in v1 when you select to add closed captions it's looking for media 'other' but v1 is using mimetypes and vtt files are being added to the db as media 'text'.
Same applies to transcript files.

Add media component to v1 try to attach a vtt file.
