No play button on pause on small devices

Subject of the issue/enhancement/features

On XL, L & M everything seems to work as expected, the play button shows, pause works on touch, the play button then re-appears and you can replay/pause as required.

On S though the play button is visible initially and by selecting the poster image it pauses play. But the play button doesn’t re-appear and cannot be re-played by pressing the poster image, only the small play button.

• device(s) + operating system(s) iPhone v17.1.1

Steps to reproduce

Expected behaviour

The play button should show on the poster image, pause the video on touch of the poster image, the play button should then re-appear and you can replay/pause as required by selecting the poster image.

Actual behaviour

On small/mobile devices only the play button is visible initially and by selecting the poster image it pauses play. But the play button doesn’t re-appear and the video cannot be re-played by pressing the poster image, only the small play button.
