how do i uninstall this plugin

Hi,

I followed this blog: http://blog.heroku.com/archives/2009/11/9/tech_sending_email_with_gmail/
your plugin works like magic on heroku

but now i'm moving to a vendor SMTP server instead of using gmail, so I guess I need to reverse what I did. can you let me know how to uninstall the plugin and anything related?
