Add the test user's URL to the report. This is very useful for sharing test cases with others for reference.

Describe the solution you'd like
A link icon is displayed next to the title of the test case, click to copy. When scrolling to the corresponding use case position, the browser URL displays the corresponding icon.

• Link template: #file_name/describe_name/it_name
• Link example: index.html#index.test.js/cli/--cwd
