Improve the Documentation

With the version 3.0 there is a new github page and repository for the documentation

As we learned from laravel a great part of being so good is the docs, my goal is aim to have a good documentation
that will lead to people feel comfortable extending the plugin as they need/want.

Any help on that aspect is appreciated, please create the PR in the reposeitory.

I have a PR up addressing some of the grammar & typo issues to hopefully increase readability a bit! (though I probably missed some) 👍
