Readme needs to be updated for new SDK #176

Problem

The Readme should be pretty explicit that Shopify is no longer accepting offsite gateway submissions through Active Merchant.

Solution

Include an explanation of the situation and recommend that they use the new SDK - https://docs.shopify.com/hosted-payment-sdk
