To make it easier to configure the entire project from the atomizer.config.js, we should also support the relevant cli arguments in the config file.

The following properties would be added:

Argument Config Name
bump-mq bumpMq
helpersNamespace helpersNamespace
namespace namespace
rtl rtl
rules rules
verbose verbose
