I know that BLT is nearing EOL, but until I'm able to fully replace the functionality, I still need it. At the same time, I would like to upgrade my Drush version to 13.3.3, but I'm currently unable to because of BLT.

I want to...
Use Drush 13 in my project.

It's not working because...
The blt composer.json file limits Drush to version 12.x
