Regular DAGR can't be opened, when using keybinds, while in a vehicle.

Mods (complete and add to the following information):

• Arma 3: 2.04
• CBA: 3.15.3
• ACE3: 3.13.6

Description:
When using the keybinds, it's impossible to open the DAGR interface.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Give the DAGR to any unit
2. Start any mission
3. Enter any vehicle
4. Select DAGR with Shift+Home
5. Activate the DAGR with Home

Expected behavior:
I expect the DAGR to appear on-screen.

Where did the issue occur?

Additional context:
The keybinds work fine with the Micro DAGR and ATragMX. Additionally, the Kestrel is also impossible to open but I assume it's intentional in this case.
