Floating point Translation into model parameter #69

Some parameters due to parsing error remove decimal point on parsing the entry in the USING of model toolkit.

Problem corrected with new parsing variable for numbers... Noting pyparsing is not float aware ..

To be fixed in next version upgrade this week.

Long Term bug due to pyarsing behaviour on floats, change created to openad_toolkit to addrress
