Turkish character problem

Hello i installed the script but in some places i am having problems with turkish characters how can i fix it

Problematic letters: Ğ ğ , Ş ş , I ı

Working letters : Ö ö, Ç ç, Ü ü

How can I fix the problematic letters?

There is a section called go admin in the language settings on the admin panel, but I can not find where the admin panel is being entered.
