Playing on Geode v3.4.0 with the absolllute.megahack mod enabled at 144hz. I narrowed this down to what I believe to be a megahack issue.
I noticed that when sfx triggers are looping, a stop trigger does not stop them while megahack is enabled, even if no megahack modules are active. Furthermore, looking at the info label (enabled by pausing in normal mode and going to the settings in the top right), I noticed that the sfx label continued to go up to 3, even though only one sfx trigger was used. Normal behavior is the sfx label reading 1, then 0 when the stop trigger is activated.
