@EngincanV has created an article and a NuGet package for that: https://abp.io/community/articles/introducing-the-google-cloud-storage-blob-provider-yrt6azc0

I think we can move that to the ABP Framework as Volo.Abp.BlobStoring.Google package. We should arrange namespaces/class names accordingly. Also, create the document for that.
