Needed to fully replace Travis:

  • Run tests; some were hanging inside the Actions runners.
  • Build and run the examples in at least one row.
  • Caching. The builds currently take way too long. See support dependency caching ocaml/setup-ocaml#1. This issue is essentially blocked on that, since it is both difficult and pointless to work on the rest until the builds are sped up.
  • Weekly or monthly runs.
  • Run opam lint and make check-ejected-build.
  • Success and failure notifications.
