CSC Puhti setup for ASR based on Kaldi and SpeechBrain

Some important tools for CSC Puhti setup are Spack and the Singularity containers, which are used to run Python and PyTorch.

Have a look in the different setup files, but setup-env.sh is sourced by setup-kaldi.sh and setup-varikn.sh
