Have trouble dragging to the end of some lists #404

I actually created a pull request to resolve this for me locally:

#403

Ultimately, though, it appears there is a bug that will prevent dragging over the last element some of the time. This PR appears to have resolved it for the situations I have run across. More details in the PR.
