Waiting for people registering their cards

This is not a technical issue.

I was planning to send some cards to celebrate OSM birthday.
Unfortunately, on the 4 people I sent cards last month (14 July 2020), only 1 registered the card.
Since, the other 3 didn't register their card, I'm "stuck" and can only send 1 single card today.

I know for a fact that card #B2897 arrived but was not registered.
No idea if cards #M6691 (Russia) and #N0120 (Belarus - this one was sent to you @Zverik) has arrived.

I don't really know how to solve this.
I understand completely the limit on cards you can send but now I'm a bit frustrated that I can't send other cards.

I know, this is very frustrating — same for me two weeks ago. The limit is 4 for non-confirmed users: once you have a single postcard registered, the limit will go up to 8. But this first step comes with a very big delay, of 3-4 weeks.

Sorry I've not yet registered your postcard — it must have been delivered, but I'm on vacation till 18th.
