Most of the changes were customizing the latest `framework-arduinopico` package. Found here: https://github.com/rabbitholecomputing/arduino-pico/tree/v4.3.0-DaynaPORT
Also fixed a couple of compiler warning
Pico 2 DaynaPORT build was being limited to Fast 10 SCSI when it can do the lower end of Fast 20. Also mirrored more parts of the rp2040 linker file in the `rp23xx-template.ld` linker script

This adds a target for using the ZuluSCSI Pico with a Raspberry Pi Pico 2W to enable WiFi over the DanyaPORT driver.
