This PR adds initial support for the dual-core Cortex-M33 RP2350 microcontroller, as used in the Raspberry Pi Pico 2. This code has been in development and testing for the last couple of months.
At the present time, RP2350 microcontrollers are not yet commercially available on their own, nor are wireless-enabled Pico 2's, so you would need to use a ZuluSCSI Pico OSHW or derivative design board to use the Pico 2, until the situation changes, which we expect it to soon, possibly by the end of this year.
