Please support unlocking my Notebook with my Android phone

The Feature would work like this:

1. Pair the device via zorin connect
2. allow remote-unlocking of the Notebook
3. When I unlock my phone and the Notebook-Screen is on (on lock-in screen) the Notebook also automatically gets unlocked

This feature would be really neat!

It certainly could be a compelling feature. We'll need to look into how we could implement it and make sure it's a secure process on both the phone and PC-side.

You could make Zorin Connect use the encrypted biometrics API (for face, fingerprint, pin, pattern or password unlock) in Android 7.0 and later, but I have no idea how to use it.

The following feature can be achieved via a different way currently all you need to do is to paste the following code in the command section of the application "zorin connect"

To Unlock
loginctl unlock-session

To Lock
loginctl lock-session

Here are few more commands you may find helpful 🥰
