We got an email from one of our users:

Wij hebben een aantal weken geleden de ticketverkoop voor het Galabal der Wetenschappen via jullie service Gandalf laten doorgaan. Het was echter niet mogelijk om andere mensen toe te laten om mede-organisator te worden en dus ook het evenement te bewerken.
De emails van de feestpraesessen van Geologica, Geografica en GBK zouden ook toegang moeten hebben tot het evenement.

At the moment, only board members (via the DSA control panel info form, or added as extra board members) have access to Gandalf for their association.
