Selection hotkeys could select transport when applicable #5413

if you Ctrl+C when your commander is in a transport, it will move the camera but not select the trans.
this could generally apply to anything that selects units, where trying to select a transportee would select the transport instead.
perhaps even further, stuff relating to status other than selection, such as idleness, could carry over. See Idle con tracker doesn't handle transporting #5412
