Sometimes objects aren't reverted

A user's changes were all done in one go in https://thanos.monicz.dev/revert/_vHbhxtB8_QeifgyhJ2-tw . All changesets should have been selected but some changes were missed and were still last edited by the problem user - I had to do https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/142992964 to resolve those.

Also, some "multiple stage revert" ones were incomplete. Example: version 12 of https://www.openstreetmap.org/relation/16408287/history .

In this instance, a taginfo search for problem data can find the issues, such as https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/search?q=POCC%D0%98%D0%AF#values . However, with most edits, this is not the case.

This is mostly due to synchronization issues caused by overpass ~2 minute delay. I am almost done with preparing a fix and will release it late next week. This fix will be a part of a bigger release.

(for now, for a 100% guarantee you can set 3 minute delay between each revert - an option in the settings - but this will obviously kill the efficiency)
