Ability to resubmit message on error

With the default behaviour of keepLastMessageOnError changing in the next release of the useChat runtime. Is there a way to resubmit the users message? Ideally, through the action bar but I've not found a way to resubmit.

Hey, I am working on testing the new useChat behavior and have discovered a few bugs to fix. The idea is that you can use the "refresh" button to regenerate the assistant message on any errors
