Download the db ftp://ftp.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pub/clinvar/vcf_/clinvar.vcf.gz and extract the VCF file into a tmp folder at the root of the project. Replace by the latest version you will find (Application tested with GRCh37).
Download your dna kit file (.csv) from "My DNA kits" page > "Download raw data" and place it in the same folder.
Run the main method.
