Description of outputs?

I was wondering if you could have a section in the README with a description of MARINE outputs? I'm guessing that "count = number of edits at this position", "coverage = read depth at a position," but I'm wondering what default filtering options are (ie. what the difference between "final_filtered_site_info" and the more raw form "edit_info.tsv"?
