Issue Description:
I would like to propose the addition of a barcode scanner feature for reading student ID cards. This enhancement would streamline the attendance recording process by allowing operations to scan the barcode provided on the ID cards issued by the university and access the student's identifier.

Feature Overview:
A barcode scanner would enable operations team, to quickly scan barcodes from the ID cards to get the student's identification number. This feature can significantly streamline the attendance-taking process and reduce the chances of manual entry errors.

Proposed Implementation:
The barcode scanner feature should include the following:

  1. Barcode/QR Code Compatibility: The scanner should support common barcode and QR code formats, ensuring flexibility in tracking methods. (For variation in future ID Cards or to be used in Fests)
  2. Override Option: The app should provide real-time feedback upon successful barcode scanning, showing the data captured and allowing for modification / rejection if required.

Why This Feature is Important:
The addition of a barcode scanner offers several significant benefits:

  1. Time Savings: Streamlines attendance tracking, reducing the time required to mark attendance.
  2. Accuracy: Minimizes the potential for human errors.
