• build(deps): bump xml2js and @vscode/vsce in /src/papyrus-lang-vscode joelday/papyrus-lang#177
• build(deps-dev): bump webpack from 5.75.0 to 5.76.0 in /src/papyrus-lang-vscode joelday/papyrus-lang#176

I should also look closely at the following and consider them. Some may have features that are already in other branches, but I think there's a decent amount of cool stuff I can look at in case I get stuck.
