Tested on Ubuntu 18.04.

Looks like it's using topicons-plus to show up there.

Switch to appindicator on unity and gnome: r21893 and r21894.

Relevant link for python3, appindicator3 is a trainwreck: #406#comment:2. See also #1818.

Fixes for xpra's own tray recorded in #406#comment:5 since we can use appindicator for that.
