Issue migrated from trac ticket # 1693

component: network | priority: major

We currently support file transfers #494 and [/wiki/DragAndDrop drag and drop], it would be nice to be able to export drives or directories both ways.

This feature would allow simple file access through the existing network connection. No ACL, no fancy stuff.

Example use case: we could map the "Downloads" directory to a location on the client, and potentially filter access (ie: pass it through an anti-virus?)

This would also let me copy files around without having to mess with samba.
