• r17697: ensure the server sends BGR(A) input to the webp encoder (we can't swap channels with the HTML5 client)

• r18080 adds a top bar where we dock system tray icons.
• r18206 smarter window placement, add space at the top for the top-bar
• r18084 fix painting of windows with transparency (backported in 18085)

Still TODO:

• hide the top bar by default, add a connect page option to show it
• add arrow handles to show and hide it
• automatically show it when a new tray icon gets docked, automatically hide it when the last one is removed?
• add configuration menus, just like the other clients
• "default" icons would be nice to have, see r18191
