Similar to #20 but for audio packets.
This should help with latency issues.

Meh. Probably best to use Web Audio API (#64) instead.
FWIW, this fork for aurora is more up to date: https://github.com/Kukunin/aurora.js - https://github.com/Kukunin/opus.js
