    Create a 23:59 cold backup task.

  2. What did you expect to see?
    It shoud be executed in 23:59.

  3. What did you see instead?
    It was executed in 23:00

  4. What version of Pegasus are you using?
    Pegasus Server 1.12.1 (694cbd5) Release
