Today we support storing Terraform state in Azure.
But we are starting to support EKS in XKF and from a tenant point of view why should they store the Terrafrom state in Azure when everything else they do is in AWS?
To make it easier for tenants to use XKF with AWS lets enable AWS support in the prepare command.
Default can still be Azure but if a flag is enabled, for example cloud=aws we should prepare a AWS env.
