Add a usecase tutorial with a more applied example

In addition to tutorial, maybe add a new section for more applied examples.

Give some usecases where the Lours library is adding a good value.

Start with a simple one : XXII drive in specifications maybe ?

Other idea : object detection dataset fusion with class overlap

• training on each dataset
• pre-annotating each other dataset with the trained networks
• Fuse labels + pseudo labels on each dataset
• Fuse the two datasets
• Final training on the frankenstein dataset

Should be possible to simulate with COCO ? Don't know actually 🤷
