Error message:
Error Occurred: There was an issue booting the simulator. Please ensure that your development environment is set up correctly and that the simulator is not already running.

I have Xcode 15.3 with xrOS 1.1 simulator installed. I believe my development environment is correct. And I also tried to restart my Xcode and simulator.
