[bug] Destination wallet is disconnected when user disconnects source chain wallet

Current Behavior

Sui wallet is disconnected.

Expected Behavior

Sui wallet is remains connected.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Open https://portalbridge.com/
2. Prepare to send ETH from Ethereum (MetaMask) to Polygon (MetaMask)
3. Change destination chain from Polygon to Sui (in my case, Sui wallet is automatically connected)
4. Click on wallet address in "From" section
5. Select "Disconnect" option from dropdown menu
6. Check if Sui wallet remains connected in "To" section

Environment

- OS: macOS Sonoma 14.5
- Wallet: MetaMask, Sui
- Browser: Google Chrome Version 127.0.6533.120 (Official Build) (arm64)
