Describe the bug
I have a custom post-type, which is hierarchical.
With Gutenberg 2.8.0 it showed the Parent-Dropdown in Item-Atrributes.
I just updated to 3.2.0 and the dropdown is gone in Gutenberg. The Item-Attributes section only shows the Order-Attribute. With the classical editor I am still able to see and edit the Parent-Attribute for the same posts.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a custom post-type with
    'hierarchical' => true,
  2. Create a new post for this post-type

Expected behavior
Able to edit parent-relation within Gutenberg.
